In this hybrid role, you'll manage cases and provide expert support and advice to clients in the local area and beyond. Essential Requirements:
- Must be a registered nurse with an NMC pin.
- Occupational Health degree or Diploma is desirable but not essential.
- OH experience within similar role is desirable.
- Ability to travel across the Worcestershire area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting management referral and writing quality reports.
- Triaging on the business portal.
- Ensure client records are kept up to date.
- Support the clearance of new starter questionnaires.
- Support line manager in compliance checks and audit.
- Ensure compliance with relevant professional guidelines e.g. NMC Code of Conduct.
