Spire Occupational Health (Spire OH), part of the Spire Healthcare Group, is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to deliver specialist, evidence‑based occupational health and wellbeing advice, while providing exceptional assessments for our client.

In this varied role, you’ll manage casework and health surveillance activities for our Norwich‑based client, bringing your professional expertise and enthusiasm for Occupational Health to the forefront.

- Must be a registered nurse with an NMC pin.
- Occupational Health degree or Diploma is desirable but not essential.
- OH and Health Surveillance experience within similar role.
- Ability to travel to Norwich twice a week to deliver healthcare onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting case management referrals and writing quality reports.
- Risk management and health surveillance programme participation.
- Oversee and conduct health surveillance activities.
- Triaging on the business portal.
- Ensure client records are kept up to date.
- Support the clearance of new starter questionnaires.
- Support line manager in compliance checks and audit.
- Ensure compliance with relevant professional guidelines e.g. NMC Code of Conduct.
