Spire Occupational Health (Spire OH) is seeking an Immunisation Nurse (open to a trainee) to deliver expert services at the University of Worcester and client sites across the region. Essential Requirements:- Must be a Registered Nurse with valid NMC pin.
- Access to a car and a valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
- Post-registration experience in Immunisations with Adults (is desirable).
- Can evidence an up-to-date BLS & anaphylaxis.
- You will support the clinical delivery of the Immunisation services provided to the University of Worcester and other clients.
- Support the team with Clinical audits.
- Improving and maintaining quality and safety standards and participate in all benchmarking and quality audits within the department such as SEQOHS.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Immunisation issues within the speciality of Occupational Health and ensure this reflects in your own clinical practice.
- Monitor the quality-of-service provision, identifying areas for service and professional development and facilitate implementation.
- To work in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, always maintaining professional standards.
- You are passionate about high quality of client care.
- Willing to undertake educational programmes as appropriate to the post.
- You are an organiser and are happy to work independently.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
