If you’re an experienced Specialist Radiographer who is passionate about delivering outstanding imaging and putting patients at the heart of everything you do, this role offers the opportunity to truly make an impact. You will provide a high standard of diagnostic imaging and patient care, working as part of our busy Imaging department. This role involves undertaking MRI and CT examinations, assessing patient needs and ensuring a safe, positive patient experience throughout their journey.

Duties and Responsibilities- You will deliver a safe, efficient and high-quality imaging service, working collaboratively with a skilled multidisciplinary team.
- Perform MRI and CT examinations in line with departmental protocols.
- Deliver safe, effective patient care throughout the imaging process.
- Assess patient needs and exercise sound clinical judgement.
- Explain procedures clearly and address any patient concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to departmental policies.
- Support the ongoing development of the Imaging service.
- Work effectively as part of the wider multidisciplinary team.
- HCPC registered Radiographer.
- Recent/current experience in MRI and/or CT.
- Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Experience within the independent healthcare sector is desirable.
