Bank Specialist Radiographer in Washington

We have an exciting opportunity for a Highly Specialist Radiographer who specialises in Mammography to join our Staffing Bank. This role will support our Imaging Team based at Spire Washington Hospital. Spire Washington is a 35 in-patient bedded hospital with 10 consultation and 2 treatment rooms based just off junction 63 of the A1 with great commuter links. Our Hospital offers a range of services and facilities including four operating theatres covering specialities including Orthopaedics and Gynaecology and a full Diagnostic suite.

Duties and responsibilities:

• To provide highly skilled and specialised Mammography for patients within the radiographic department.
• Producing mammograms to an optimum diagnostic quality.
• Communicating with the radiography team members and liaising with other disciplinary teams.
• Keeping accurate records and updating records when needed.
• Ensuring a high standard of patient care is maintained throughout.

Who we're looking for:

• Be HCPC registered - your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions.
• UK Mammography Accreditation qualification.
• Have a minimum of 4 years Radiography experience.
• Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care, strong communication skills.
