Spire Dunedin Hospital, located in the heart of Reading, is looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our Bank team. The Role:

As a Bank Pharmacist, you'll play a key role in delivering a comprehensive pharmacy service across the hospital. You'll be working closely with consultants, clinicians, and patients to ensure the safe, effective, and ethical use of medicines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing an exemplary pharmacy service in line with current legislation and professional standards
  • Offering expert advice to consultants, clinicians, and patients on medication use
  • Supporting departments with safe medicines management and compliance
  • Promoting a collaborative, patient-centred approach to care

Who we are Looking For:

We're seeking someone who brings both clinical expertise and a personable, team-oriented approach. You'll be:

  • A qualified Pharmacist registered with the GPhC (with no restrictions)
  • Ideally experienced in a hospital setting (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Familiar with SAP systems (desirable but not essential)
  • A confident communicator with a friendly and empathetic manner
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Working Hours: This role involves working up to two shifts per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00, with additional flexibility to cover annual leave and sickness absence as required.
