Private Patient Advisor | FT| FTC 12 Months| Southampton| Salary DOE\\n\\nSpire Southampton Hospital is looking to recruit a Private Patient Advisor who will provide excellent levels of customer service to patients making enquiries into the hospital by telephone and email, on a permanent basis. Experience of sales, telephony and/or a customer contact centre is an advantage. \\n\\nSpire Southampton Hospital offers world-class care, attracting patients from across the South of England and internationally.

Our Critical Care department and multidisciplinary team offer you peace of mind for our wide range of treatments.\\n\\nDuties and Responsibilities:\\n\\nProfessional handling of self-pay enquiries (eg, capturing enquirers details, booking appointments, resolving queries, giving information, providing advice and practical help) from phone calls and emails with prospective self-pay patients\\nConverting enquiries to outpatient appointments\\nMeeting team and individual targets relating to conversion, revenue and appointments\\nAttending patient information events to represent Spire Healthcare and our services\\nLearning skills required to assist in outpatient appointments team as and when required\\nProviding customers with excellent after-sales serviceWho we're looking for:\\n\\nExcellent interpersonal skills\\nFirst-rate organisational skills and attention to detail\\nA good grasp of standard IT packages (eg Microsoft Outlook, Excel and (ideally) SAP)\\nHigh level of customer service\\nHealthcare experience \\nExperience in sales or a contact centre-based roleContract: Fixed Term contract 12 months\\n\\nHours: Full-time.
