We are looking for caring, motivated, and patient-focused Healthcare Assistants to join our team and help deliver outstanding care in a modern, welcoming environment.

Duties and responsibilities
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey.
You will work closely with nurses and clinicians to ensure patients receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
- Accurately label, handle, and prepare specimens for transportation and testing.
- Support clinicians and nurses with patient assessments, treatments, and procedures.
- Monitor and record patient observations as required.
- Prepare clinical rooms and equipment for consultations and procedures.
- Deliver a high standard of patient-centred care, ensuring dignity, privacy, and comfort at all times
Who we're looking for
- An experienced, and preferably NVQ level 2/3 qualified HCA
- Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in a clinical, outpatient, hospital, or GP setting.
- Phlebotomy skills are essential
- A caring, compassionate, and professional approach to patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of infection prevention, patient safety, and confidentiality standards.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Contract
- 37.5 hours per week. Flexibility to be able to work any shifts rota's Monday - Saturday
- Department is open from 8am- 8:30pm (Mon - Sat) Rotational Saturdays with shorter hours
