Spire Bushey Hospital is actively seeking a Physiotherapist to join its outpatient Physiotherapy team. This position is ideal for individuals interested in specialising in orthopaedics and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. You must be able to commit to at least 1x evening shift per week, and every other Saturday AM (7.30am-12.30). Please do not apply if you cannot commit to this.

The hospital offers a premium service in key areas of complex healthcare including orthopaedics, neurology, spinal, general, cardiac care, and gynaecology.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Performing individual assessments and overseeing a diverse range of patient cases.
- Providing a high standard of assessment and treatment for our outpatient department.
- Managing a varied outpatient caseload.
- Holding own caseload and being responsible for a defined area of the service, working without direct supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interactions with patients, consultants, and colleagues.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
Who we’re looking for:
- BSc Hons or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
- HCPC Registration.
- Post qualification UK Outpatient Physio experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop good working relationships.
- Demonstrate solid clinical reasoning skills and evidence-based practice.
- Computer literate with excellent organisational and time management skills and an acute attention to detail.
- Additional MSK experience desirable - do you have any experience or skills in any of these areas? (TMJ rehab, vestibular, hand therapy, hydrotherapy, acupuncture, paediatrics, breast cancer rehab).
- Commitment to at least one evening per week and every other Saturday morning.
