Spire Healthcare, one of the UK’s leading independent hospital groups, is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Developer to join our team. You’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Oracle HCM platform, working closely with HR and Payroll to deliver system improvements and new functionality.

What you’ll do:

  • Enhance and configure new business requirements in Recruiting (ORC), Learn and Core HR module in Oracle HCM.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Oracle HCM.

Essential Requirements:

  • Must have been part of at least one Oracle HCM implementation project.
  • Expertise in Recruiting (ORC), Oracle Learn, Core HR and Talent Management modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Redwood UI, VB Studio, HCM Journeys, Personalisation, Approvals and Security.
  • Proficiency in developing reports using OTBI/BI Publisher.
