\\nWhether you're looking for full time or part time hours, we can offer flexibility and a supportive environment where your clinical expertise will be valued and your growth encouraged. \\n\\nWhat You'll Be Doing \\nYou'll work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional oncology care, through: \\n- Delivering and managing a high-quality, specialist pharmacy service for oncology patients \\n- Providing clinical guidance to consultants, nursing staff and patients on the safe and cost-effective use of cancer medications \\n- Leading on chemotherapy provision and ensuring compliance with professional, ethical, and legal standards \\n- Supporting the development of innovative oncology services and business opportunities \\n- Driving evidence-based practice and participating in clinical audits \\n- Managing medication movement, stock control, and the safe storage and application of oncology drugs \\n- Maintaining excellent communication across diverse teams and contributing to continuous improvement \\n\\nWhat We're Looking For \\n\\nEssential: \\n- BSc or MSc in Pharmacy \\n- GPhC registration (no restrictions) \\n- Strong clinical reasoning skills in complex and varied cases \\n- Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy and/or equivalent experience in oncology \\n- Broad pharmaceutical knowledge and competency across key clinical areas \\n\\nDesirable: \\n- Experience delivering specialist oncology pharmacy services \\n- A track record of working closely with consultants and clinical teams \\n- Involvement in developing new services and business opportunities \\n- Skills in clinical auditing, innovation, and stock management \\n\\nWhat You'll Get in Return \\n\\nWe're committed to looking after you, too.
