Spire Nottingham Hospital is seeking a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our dedicated Outpatient team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary environment, delivering high-quality care to patients across a varied MSK/orthopaedic caseload.

The Role

As an Outpatient Physiotherapist, your role will involve performing individual assessments and overseeing a diverse range of patient cases.

You will have the opportunity to dedicate sufficient time to each patient, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care.

  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation programmes within our outpatients setting.
  • Manage your own caseload as an autonomous practitioner.
  • Support patients throughout their physiotherapy journey.
  • Assist with supervision of undergraduate students.
  • Contribute to the delivery of safe, effective and evidence-based physiotherapy services.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in hearing from Physiotherapists who are

  • Degree qualified in Physiotherapy (BSc Hons or equivalent).
  • Registered with the HCPC with no restrictions.
  • Experienced in assessing, diagnosing and treating a diverse patient caseload.
  • Able to demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
  • Passionate about gym rehabilitation of patients
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communicators who can build confidence and rapport with patients and colleagues.

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Demonstrable post-graduate physiotherapy experience within an NHS or private hospital setting.
  • Experience in MSK and post-operative care.
  • Experience managing and prioritising your own clinical caseload.
