Spire Norwich Hospital is renowned for delivering high-quality, comprehensive private healthcare. With 4 theatres, 2 wards (50 beds), and a dynamic outpatient and diagnostic imaging department, we provide a progressive and stimulating environment for our highly motivated team.

We are seeking an experienced Perioperative Practitioner with major orthopaedic scrub expertise to join our well-established theatre team. You will play a key role in supporting patients through their perioperative journey and ensuring the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exemplary planned care for patients during the perioperative stage.
  • Assist in managing and organising care within the Scrub/Recovery team.
  • Work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Assess patient needs, implement and evaluate care plans.
What We’re Looking For:
  • HCPC registered ODP or NMC registered Nurse (no restrictions).
  • Minimum 1 year major orthopaedic scrub experience (hips, knees, shoulders, spinal).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Flexible, positive attitude.
  • Desirable: Surgical First Assist (SFA) qualification.
