Job Description
Spire Leicester Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality manager to join the team on a Full time permanent basis.

We\’re now looking for a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team and help us provide a five-star experience to our patients, visitors, consultants, and colleagues.
As our Hospitality Manager, you\’ll:

  • Lead, inspire and manage a team across catering, housekeeping, portering, and hospitality.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service are always maintained.
  • Play a key role in hospital strategy, working alongside senior leaders and non-clinical teams.
  • Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and deliver cost-efficient operations without compromising on quality.
  • Drive compliance with health & safety, COSHH, risk management and hygiene standards.
  • Support and develop your team through regular 1:1s, coaching, and training.
  • Continuously review and improve hospitality processes to ensure we\’re always exceeding expectations.

What we\’re looking for:

  • Proven managerial experience, ideally in hospitality or healthcare.
  • Strong budget management and organisational skills.
  • Health & Safety knowledge (IOSH trained desirable).
  • Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3).
  • Excellent communication, people management and facilitation skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to inspire change.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
