Spire Clare Park Hospital is recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to join its experienced Theatre Administration team on a permanent, part-time basis. Spire Clare Park is a modern elective hospital in Farnham, rated Good by the CQC, providing a wide range of surgical and diagnostic services including Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Urology, Dermatology and ENT, supported by state-of-the-art imaging facilities.
Administrative duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the theatre department. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The admin job scope includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carrying out administrative duties such as printing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies.
- Maintaining computer and manual filing systems.
- Replying to email, telephone or face-to-face enquiries.
- Greeting and assisting visitors to the department.
- Photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues.
- Assisting theatre team in sourcing stock as needed.
- Rescheduling theatre lists and printing the theatre lists daily.
Who we're looking for:
- Knowledge of office administration procedures.
- Managing multiple and changing priorities at once.
- Diary Management.
- Good computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Good typing and keyboard skills.
- Managing administrative processes.
- A good level of English spelling and grammar.
