This role is to cover these hospitals: Spire Clare Park (Farnham), Spire Dunedin (Reading), Spire Thames Valley (Slough).

Spire Healthcare is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Primary Care Relationship Manager / GP Liaison Officer to strengthen engagement with GP practices and primary care networks across three hospitals. This is a field-based role with regular travel and a car allowance provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver targeted primary care engagement plans
  • Build strong relationships with GPs, PCNs, ICBs and other stakeholders
  • Organise and deliver educational events, workshops and seminars
  • Promote Spire services to drive referrals and business growth
  • Generate leads through networking and face-to-face engagement
  • Analyse referral data to identify opportunities and measure impact
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide activity reporting
  • Act as a key point of contact for primary care enquiries and support
  • Represent Spire at events and within the local healthcare community
Who We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a GP Liaison Officer or Primary Care Relationship Manager
  • Strong field sales background within healthcare or corporate environments
  • Demonstrable success in relationship management and business development
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
  • Good understanding of NHS primary care structures
  • Full UK driving licence
Contract & Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 (flexibility required for events and travel).Benefits Include:
