Bank Building Maintenance/Handyman | Spire Clare Park Hospital | Farnham | Bank / Ad‑hoc Spire Clare Park Hospital is looking for an experienced Bank Building Maintenance/Handyman to join our Engineering team on a bank basis, supporting cover for annual leave and sickness.
This is a great opportunity to use your maintenance and decorating skills while working for one of the UK's leading private healthcare providers.

The hospital provides a broad range of surgical and diagnostic services, including Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Urology, Dermatology and ENT, supported by state‑of‑the‑art imaging facilities.
Role
Overview: As a Bank Engineering Assistant / Handyperson, you'll play a key part in helping us maintain a safe, welcoming and well‑maintained hospital environment for patients, visitors and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out general building maintenance and repairs
- Completing painting, decorating and minor refurbishment works
- Helping to source and purchase tools and materials
- Identifying maintenance and decoration needs and reporting them to management
- Completing mandatory online training
