Spire Hartswood Hospital is looking to recruit an Engineering Administration Assistant to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Engineering department, on a permanent basis., * Request, raise and reconcile engineering purchase orders on SAP

Support administration processes supporting engineering services

Manage hospital bio-medical assets using CMMS (Pirana) and Nuvolo, ensuring regular servicing and compliance documentation are up to date.

Plan and coordinate weekly, quarterly and annual maintenance schedules for hospital engineers and contractors.

Manage accurate departmental electronic and manual filing systems
-
Manage contractor relationships in line with HS21/HS16 Control of Contractors Policy

Handle internal and external communications including e-mails and phone calls

Investigate and resolve invoice queries in collaboration with Accounts Payable team

Assist with audits and preparing documentation

Previous experience of a similar role in an office and / or customer service environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and contractors

A proactive and organised approach to managing tasks

Competent with Excel and spreadsheet development and management
