Chef de Partie / Hospital Chef | Elland Full Time | Permanent | 37.5 hours per week | Spire Elland has a great opportunity for a Chef to come and join there busy catering department As Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering a first-class dining experience for our patients, staff and visitors. You'll prepare and present nutritious, high-quality meals whilst maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and customer service. Working closely with the Head Chef and wider hospitality team, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen and deputise when required. Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to): - Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality meals for patients, staff and visitors - Supporting the delivery of specialist dietary requirements and nutritional needs - Maintaining excellent standards of food presentation and service - Ensuring compliance with food safety, HACCP and health & safety procedures - Assisting with stock control, deliveries and kitchen administration - Supporting catering for meetings and special events - Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment - Working collaboratively with colleagues across the hospital Who are we looking for? We're keen to hear from chefs who are passionate about producing high-quality food and delivering excellent customer service.
