Spire Murrayfield Hospital is recruiting for a bank Porter to support the maintenance of the hospital. The shifts are between 6am and 9pm and will include Saturdays. This position is not patient facing and predominantly covers logistics.
Contract Type: Bank/Zero hours
Duties And Responsibilities (not limited to):
- To collect and deliver clean and dirty linen
- Responsible for the team's safe management of the collection and disposal of waste, both domestic and clinical in line with corporate and hospital policy WM01
- To assist with the general security of the hospital and associated grounds and report any security problems to the Senior Management team
- Report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance department via Pirana
- To undertake driving duties as required
