We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Perioperative Practitioner (Scrub) to join our established and high-performing theatre team.
- Working within a modern theatre environment, you will support a varied caseload across:
- General Surgery
- ENT
- Gynaecology
- Urology
- Plastic Surgery

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary planned care for patients throughout the perioperative pathway.
- Provide skilled scrub support for a range of surgical procedures.
- Assist in the management and organisation of care within the theatre team.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
- Work collaboratively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes.
- Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, care and clinical practice.
- Who We're Looking For
- HCPC Registered Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) or NMC Registered Nurse with no restrictions.
- Minimum of 2 years' scrub experience.
- Experience in one or more of the following specialties: General Surgery, ENT, Gynaecology, Urology or Plastics.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A flexible, positive and patient-focused approach.
- Surgical First Assist (SFA) qualification desirable.

- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday - Department is run 7:30am - 8pm
- Rotational weekend commitment
