Perioperative Practitioner – Orthopaedics | Bristol | Full Time | No Nights | Competitive salary plus fantastic benefits

Are you an experienced Theatre Practitioner with experience and a passion for orthopaedics? This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a well-equipped private hospital setting, with a strong focus on quality care, efficiency, and patient experience.

The Role

  • Delivering safe, high-quality perioperative care, including scrubbing for a range of orthopaedic procedures (e.g. joint replacements, arthroscopy, and minor procedures)
  • Supporting the theatre team across the perioperative pathway
  • Preparing equipment and ensuring theatres are safe and compliant
  • Working collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and wider MDT
  • Contributing to clinical quality, governance, and continuous improvement
  • Supporting junior staff and contributing to a positive team culture

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner
  • Experience working in theatre in an orthopaedic setting
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive, patient-focused approach
  • Commitment to maintaining high clinical standards
