ECU Nurse | Spire Hull and East Riding | Full Time | 37.5 hours | Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ECU Registered Nurse to join our team on a permanent fulltime basis.

In this role you will provide exemplary planned care for Extensive Recovery patients within the Extended Care Unit and assist in the management and organisation of care provision in a hospital setting providing extensive recovery.

Duties and responsibilities;

  • Assess patients\’ health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload
  • Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals\’ health and wellbeing needs
  • Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information.
  • Receiving patients from theatre
  • Assisting the Multi-Disciplinary Team in planning care
  • Ability to communicate effectively across other departments
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Critical care Outreach

Who we\’re looking for

  • NMC registered with no restrictions
  • 1 years ICU experience
  • ICU certificate (desirable)
  • Good communication skills
