Quality & Governance Specialist
Spire London East Hospital is seeking a Quality & Governance Specialist to work across various departments, collaborating closely with consultants. This is a full-time, permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week.
Located in Redbridge, on the borders of East London and Essex, Spire London East Hospital offers comprehensive private healthcare services, including outpatient clinics, physiotherapy, surgery, and diagnostics. The hospital features 24 inpatient beds, 16 day case rooms, 4 operating theatres, an endoscopy suite, recovery units, pharmacy, and radiology services.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting all aspects of quality governance and leading related projects as part of the Quality Governance team.
Candidate requirements:
- Healthcare experience, including audits, quality assurance, and handling complaints.
- Experience managing incidents and conducting investigations.
- Ability to support teams in achieving compliance efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members and stakeholders.
