Spire Nottingham Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Housekeeper/Cleaner to join the team. Spire Healthcare is a leading independent healthcare group in the United Kingdom, running 38 hospitals and over 50 clinics across England, Wales and Scotland.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout all areas of the hospital.
  • Complete cleaning schedules related to the shift, ensuring rooms are ready, set to the correct layout as needed, ensuring offices and public areas are clean.
  • Carry out any other duty that reasonably falls within the general nature and level of responsibility of the post.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience working as a cleaner/housekeeper in a public environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and with a methodical approach to work.
  • Maintains high standards.
  • Ability to work evenings and possibly some weekends.
  • The hospital is not accessible by public transport; therefore, you would need to have, or have access to, transport.
