Overview
Spire St Anthony\βs Hospital is looking for an ICU Manager to lead our dedicated Intensive Care Team in an 8-bed unit. This role involves providing exemplary care to patients with complex medical needs and leading a skilled team in a high-quality environment. Main duties of the job
- Assess patients health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload
- Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals health and wellbeing needs
- Provide and receive complex, sensitive and contentious information
- Develop own skills and knowledge and that of others
- Promote best practise in health and safety and security
- Assist in maintaining and developing services
- Contribute to quality improvement
- Promote people\βs equality, diversity and rights
- Apply technology or measurement, monitoring and treatment

ICU Manager role at St Anthony\βs Hospital involves leading our ICU team to deliver high-quality patient care. You will work in our fully equipped 8-bedded ICU, caring for patients with complex medical needs. Spire St Anthony\βs Hospital has a long history of care and a Β£27m development investment, with six operating theatres and comprehensive facilities across Sutton, Epsom, Surrey and South London.
