Spire Bushey Hospital is actively seeking a Physiotherapist to join its outpatient Physiotherapy team. This position is ideal for individuals interested in specialising in orthopaedics and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. You must be able to commit to at least 1x evening shift per week, and every other Saturday AM (7.30am-12.30).

Main duties of the job:

  • Performing individual assessments and overseeing a diverse range of patient cases.
  • Providing a high standard of assessment and treatment for our outpatient department.
  • Managing a varied outpatient caseload.
  • Holding own caseload and being responsible for a defined area of the service, working without direct supervision.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interactions with patients, consultants, and colleagues, along with effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Who we’re looking for:

  • BSc Hons or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
  • HCPC Registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop good working relationships.
  • Demonstrate solid clinical reasoning skills and evidence-based practice.
  • To be computer literate with excellent organisational and time management skills and an acute attention to detail.
  • Additional MSK experience desirable (TMJ rehab, vestibular, hand therapy, hydrotherapy, acupuncture, paediatrics, breast cancer rehab).

Working Hours: Full Time. You must be able to commit to at least 1x evening shift per week, and every other Saturday AM (7.30am-12.30).

Contract Type: Permanent
