Are you passionate about making a real difference in patient care? Spire Bushey Hospital is looking for a dedicated Oncology Pharmacist to join our expert team and support our growing oncology services. The hospital offers a premium service in key areas of complex healthcare including orthopaedics, neurology, spinal, general, cardiac care, and gynaecology.

As well as supporting our patients at our main hospital site, you will also be expected to support them at our 2 supporting state‑of‑the‑art sites; Spire Bushey Diagnostic Centre and Elstree Cancer Centre (just 5 minutes from the main hospital, located in Centennial Park).

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Accountable for delivery of pharmacy service within specialist area – Oncology
  • Plan, monitor and quality assure the application of technology for the provision of chemotherapy treatment
  • Plan, deliver and evaluate pharmaceutical care to meet patient’s health and wellbeing needs.
  • Assess the health and well‑being of patients whose needs may be complex and changing within the context of their medicines.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Be GPHC registered – your registration should not have any restrictions or conditions
  • Have a minimum of 2 years, post‑graduation experience in a hospital environment
  • Experience with Oncology and chemotherapy (SACT) drugs

Working Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm / 9am - 5pm; some Saturdays 8am-1pm

Contract Type: Permanent
