Spire Leicester Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Bank within the Outpatients Department. This is a flexible role, ideal for someone looking to work across a variety of clinics in a supportive and well-established team.
Duties and responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-focused care within the outpatient setting
- Support consultants during clinics, including chaperoning and assisting with examinations and minor procedures
- Deliver clinical duties including wound care and phlebotomy
- Lead and manage outpatient clinics, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient journey
- Recognise and respond to changes in patient condition, escalating where appropriate
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean and well‑organised clinical environment
Who we’re looking for
- NMC registered Nurse with no restrictions on your pin
- Experience in an outpatient or similar clinical setting is desirable
- Competent in wound care and phlebotomy
- Confident in running clinics and managing patient flow
- Able to prioritise and work effectively in a busy environment
- A compassionate and professional approach with a strong focus on patient care
