Spire Clare Park Hospital is recruiting a Bank Surgical Ward Healthcare Assistant to support our Surgical Ward team on a flexible, bank basis. Shifts will predominantly be nights and weekends.
Main duties
- You will support registered nurses in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care on the Surgical Ward.
- Duties include assisting with personal care, monitoring and recording observations, ECGs, phlebotomy (where trained), manual handling and general ward support in line with clinical standards and care plans.
Requirements
- Previous hospital-based surgical HCA experience (essential)
- Phlebotomy experience (desirable)
- NVQ Level 3 Health
