Pre-Assessment Administrator | POA | Private hospital | Southampton Hospital | Full time | Permanent | Southampton
Spire Southampton Hospital is currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join their Pre-Assessment team on a part-time, permanent basis.
You will be required to work 2 days per week, on a Monday and Tuesday either 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00.
Applicants who cannot commit to these hours need not apply.

Duties and responsibilities (not limited)
- Support and compliance of standardised department process and procedures.
- Maintain and update patient records on SAP.
- Liaising with consultants and their secretaries regarding booking information and to inform consultants of any changes in procedure.
- To book patients into pre-assessment clinics identified by the pre-assessment nurses.
- Prepare files for patients' admission and pass to relevant department the day before admission.
- Flexible approach to undertake a wide range of duties as and when required.
