Spire Leicester Hospital is seeking a Cross Sectional Team Lead to support imaging services across CT, MRI, X-ray and theatres. This is a hands-on role with around 60% clinical duties and 40% leadership and operational responsibilities, aligned to service needs.
You will work with the Imaging Manager to ensure safe, effective, and efficient delivery, deputise when required, and lead radiographers and support staff while fostering continuous improvement and governance within a private healthcare.
