Spire Clare Park Hospital is looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Physiotherapy Administrator to join our busy Physiotherapy team on a bank basis.
Spire Clare Park Hospital is a modern elective hospital located in Farnham and is rated“Good” by the CQC. The hospital provides a broad range of surgical and diagnostic services, includingOrthopaedics, General Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Urology, Dermatology and ENT, supported by state‑of‑the‑art imaging facilities.
This is a front-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact for patients, helping to deliver an outstanding experience while providing vital administrative support to the department. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and manage front desk enquiries.
- Coordinate patient bookings and administration for inpatient and day-case services using SAP.
- Liaise with patients, consultants, insurers, and pre-authorisation teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.
- Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems.
- Ensure compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and medical coding standards.
- Respond professionally to enquiries from patients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Support the team in delivering a smooth and efficient service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration, reception, or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using systems such as SAP or similar.
- Ability to prioritise workload and adapt to changing demands.
- A professional, friendly, and patient-focused approach.
