You'll have the opportunity to manage a varied MSK caseload and deliver evidence-based treatment plans that make a genuine difference to patient outcomes.
Working within our well-established outpatient service, you'll treat patients across a broad range of conditions, from sports injuries and chronic musculoskeletal disorders to post-operative rehabilitation.
Duties and responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation programmes for MSK patients.
- Manage a diverse outpatient caseload, including sports injuries, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and long-term musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop personalised treatment plans focused on achieving excellent clinical outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with consultants, healthcare professionals, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Support the ongoing delivery and development of a high-performing physiotherapy service.
- Promote best practice and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
- Who we're looking for
We're looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and enjoys working within a collaborative clinical environment.
- BSc (Hons) Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
- Minimum of 2 years' Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy experience.
- Experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of MSK conditions.
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Working Pattern
- Bank contract
- Ad hoc shifts available
- Monday to Friday service
- Working hours between 8:00am and 6:00pm
- No weekend working
