Spire Bristol Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Radiographer to join our Imaging team on a bank basis.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality imaging examinations in line with departmental protocols
- Assess, plan and deliver safe, effective patient care
- Exercise sound clinical judgement across a varied and changing caseload
- Explain procedures and any associated risks to patients
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to departmental policies and procedures
- Support the ongoing development and improvement of the Imaging service
- Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team
- Working hours
Working hours/days – when booked for shifts will be Monday - Friday 8am-8pm, either long days or hours within those times.
Requirements / Qualifications
- HCPC registered Radiographer
- Recent experience within a diagnostic imaging department
- Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Experience within the independent healthcare sector is desirable
