Spire Hartswood Hospital have an exciting position for a Practicing Privileges Coordinator to join their Governance team on an ad hoc basis.

Spire Hartswood Hospital is a 49 bed hospital with 4 theatres and offers a comprehensive range of services and facilities.

Duties and responsibilities

  • The Practicing Privileges Administrator will be responsible forcoordinating the requirements for Consultants across multiple sites to maintain their practising privileges, ensuring the Hospitals adhere to the regulatory and governance guidelines.

You will work as part of a team of PP administrators supporting a number of hospital and clinic sites.

  • Who we're looking for
  • Proven experience in an administrative or business support role
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, trackers and action logs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact courteously and professionally with consultants and colleagues on routine and factual matters.
  • High degree of accuracy, with a methodical and organised approach to workload.
  • Competent IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, trackers and action logs
  • Awareness of confidentiality and information handling.
