Spire Yale Hospital, Wrexham is currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Spire Yale Hospital is one of North Wales’ leading private hospitals and we take pride in delivering high-quality care. We offer fast access to consultations with specialists in a wide range of treatments, supported by advanced imaging and diagnostic technology.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
Contract type: Permanent
Please be advised that the position encompasses responsibilities in two departments, specifically within the POA and Physio departments.
Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):
- To assist the pre-operative assessment lead in providing a high level of administrative support for Pre-operative (Inpatients and day case).
- Liaise with the Patient Service Centre to co-ordinate the booking of initial pre-assessment appointments where applicable.
- Maintain hospital and departmental electronic and manual filing systems accurately.
- Use track file to receive and return medical notes to all departments.
- Provide general administrative support to the Head of Department and Lead Physiotherapists.
- Provide and maintain an efficient bookings system for all physiotherapy patients using a computerised system.
- Organise and manage the Physiotherapy teams Outpatient clinics.
