Spire South Bank Hospital have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeper to join our dynamic housekeeping team working on a bank contract. This is NOT a permanent contract.
Working Hours: 07:00-13:00 / 15:00-21:00 Over 4 days Monday to Sunday
Contract type: Bank / Flexible working contract / Ad Hoc Shifts

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout all areas of the hospital.
- Ensure all areas of the hospital are cleaned in line with policies, and all relevant paperwork is completed.
- Report all building and fabric issues.
- Carry out scheduled flushing list within the hospital.
- Ensure all equipment is thoroughly cleaned at the end of each shift and left to a high standard.
- Maintain a good standard of Health & Safety and COSHH legislations.
- Promote the Spire behaviours.
Who are we looking for?
- No formal qualifications are required, but you must be able to communicate clearly with other members of staff and patients.
- Your personal appearance must be of a high standard, expected in a professional healthcare environment.
- Experience of working in a similar role, in a customer-facing environment.
- Ability to establish rapport with all customers.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work on own initiative and with a methodical approach to work.
- Maintains high standards.
- Ability to work evenings and possibly some weekends.
