Spire Fylde Coast Hospital is seeking a Nursing Team Leader to join the surgical nursing team in Blackpool. You will deputise and lead the team to deliver the highest standards of care, safety and service to patients and other customers in a busy surgical environment.
You will provide clinical leadership to ensure nursing excellence, promote a culture of safety and infection control, and develop staff knowledge and practice while planning, allocating and giving feedback to team members.
