Spire Healthcare in Seaham is recruiting a Patient Contact Centre Advisor to join our Patient Support Centre Sales team. The role focuses on handling self-pay enquiries and turning warm leads into confirmed appointments, delivering a high standard of service.
Initially a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, with training provided and opportunities to be extended. You will work 37.5 hours per week across Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm, with Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm as required.
