Spire Bushey Hospital have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join on a part time Basis 17.5 hours in our outpatients department.
Outpatients is based over two sites – Bushey Hospital, and Spire Bushey diagnostic centre. There is free parking at both sites. The candidate would be expected to work at both sites. The closest bus stop to the main hospital is a 10/15-minute walk away. There is a bus stop at the diagnostic centre that goes to Stanmore, not directly to Watford. Working hours is a mixture of shift patterns for example 07:30 -21:00. 08:00-18:00. 13:00-21:00. 07:30-15:00. We do not offer set shifts. The rota is out 2-4 weeks in advance. The candidate would be expected to work 4 weekend days out of 4 weekends a month. Saturday is 07:30-13:30 and Sunday is 09:30 – 13:30. This might be 2 full weekends or a mixture of 3 Saturdays only with the Sunday off.

Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for providing a range of support services to the Nurses and Consultants during procedures including:
- Maintenance of quality care delivery
- You will actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements

- Able to carry out wound dressings
- Experience within an outpatient setting would be an advantage
