Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess patients' health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Support the planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives and colleagues, including discussing sensitive information.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Promote best practice in health, safety and clinical governance.
- Contribute to service improvement and the ongoing development of the ward.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.
