Spire Leicester Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our inpatient team on a bank basis. This is a flexible, ad-hoc role supporting the inpatient physiotherapy service, working with post-operative patients to help prepare them for discharge home.
The Role
- Deliver high quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and advice to inpatient and outpatient patients
- Manage your own clinical caseload as an autonomous practitioner
- Work closely within a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and rehabilitation
- Provide safe and effective post-operative physiotherapy care
- Support weekend inpatient services as required
What We’re Looking For
- Degree qualified Physiotherapist (BSc Hons or equivalent)
- Current HCPC registration with no restrictions
- Previous post-graduate physiotherapy experience within an NHS or private hospital setting
- Experience assessing, diagnosing and treating a varied caseload
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Flexible approach to working patterns and clinical areas
- Availability to work weekends and weekday shifts between 8am–7pm
Working Hours
Flexible bank shifts covering weekdays and weekends. Weekend shifts are typically 8am–5pm.
