About the Role
As the People Admin Team Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality, efficient, and consistent support across the full spectrum of People Shared Services. From onboarding to payroll, compliance, and benefits, you’ll be at the centre of the employee lifecycle, ensuring colleagues and managers receive timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance. You’ll lead a multi-skilled team, drive continuous improvement, and act as a trusted point of escalation. This role offers variety, challenge, and the chance to shape the future of our People Services.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire the People Admin team to deliver exceptional service within agreed SLAs.
- Act as the first point of contact for escalations, providing guidance and solutions.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to enhance the colleague experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
- Deputise for the Head of People Services when required.
What We’re Looking For
- CIPD Level 5 or above.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR/People administration management.
- Strong leadership skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in high-volume administration within a shared service environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
