Spire Harrogate Clinic is seeking an Administration Team Lead to join us on a permanent full-time basis. You will oversee a small admin team, manage daily administration tasks and help develop new processes to support patients and staff.
The role offers a varied shift pattern (8:00–16:00 or 12:00–20:00 Monday to Friday and 8:00–14:00 Saturdays) with a focus on KPI delivery, staff rotas, absence management and compliance.
