Spire Shawfair Park Hospital is looking to recruit a Healthcare Assistant to join their fantastic Theatre team on a bank basis. The hours will be on an ad hoc basis between 7.30am - 8pm and include early and late shifts.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing a range of support services to the Nurses and Consultants during procedures
  • Provide patient support within the anaesthetics room
  • Checking instruments
  • Assisting with ordering equipment
  • Maintenance of quality care delivery
  • Understanding and contributing towards infection control
