Spire Alexandra have an exciting opportunity for a housekeeper to join the team on a permanent full-time basis. You will complete cleaning schedules ensuring rooms are ready to the correct layout.
At Spire Alexandra Hospital, we offer a comprehensive range of treatments to patients in Medway and the surrounding areas of Kent and the Southeast. Our private hospital has two extensively equipped operating theatres, backed up by an extended recovery unit with 24-hour support.
Duties and responsibilities
- Complete cleaning schedules related to the shift, ensuring rooms are ready set to the correct layout as needed and both offices and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Compliance with all Health and Safety at Work Regulations including COSHH.
- Carry out any other duty that reasonably falls within the general nature and level of responsibility of the post.
Who we’re looking for
- Experience of working in a similar role, in a customer facing environment is ideal.
- Someone hard working and reliable.
- Awareness and understanding of Health & Safety at work and COSHH.
- Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time 37.5 hrs, Combination of shifts 8am - 4pm, 2pm - 10pm or 4pm-12pm and 8pm - 4am (nights)
