You’ll be the first point of contact, creating a calm, professional and reassuring environment for patients and visitors. Your role is key to ensuring each patient feels confident, cared for and valued from the moment they arrive, supporting our teams to deliver exceptional healthcare experiences every day.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet, register and guide patients with care and professionalism, ensuring all information is handled accurately and confidentially.
  • Manage the busy hospital switchboard, respond to enquiries promptly and support consultants and colleagues across the hospital.
  • Process payments and patient records, handle administrative tasks such as booking taxis and managing visitor access.

  • Friendly, organised and confident in communicating with people from all walks of life.
  • Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, bringing strong customer service skills and a high level of accuracy to your work.
  • Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is important, and familiarity with systems and switchboard operations is desirable.
