Are you an experienced and motivated leader in diagnostic imaging? We\'re seeking a Diagnostic Radiology Manager to head our Imaging Department and drive excellence in patient care. The Role

As Radiology Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage the radiology team to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality imaging services
  • Ensure compliance with Ionising Radiation (Medical Exposure) Regulations (IR(ME)R) and all clinical governance standards
  • Drive service improvement initiatives, including audits, quality assurance, and policy development
  • Oversee departmental budgets and resources, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with hospital business plans
  • Provide strong leadership, coaching, and support to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment
  • Maintain patient safety and excellent standards of care, ensuring informed consent and promoting equality and diversity
  • Act as an ambassador for Spire Healthcare, communicating effectively with patients, colleagues, and senior management

Who we\'re looking for:

  • HCPC registered Radiographer with significant experience in diagnostic imaging.
  • BSc Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
  • Proven leadership and management experience within a radiology setting
  • Strong knowledge of IR(ME)R and clinical governance requirements
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
  • A passion for quality improvement and patient-centred care
  • Experience in RIS/PACS and IEP systems management
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Passion to deliver high quality diagnostic services
  • MRI experience would be preferable
