We now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team on a full time basis, for a minimum fixed term of 12 Months. Here, you will support our Business Intelligence Manager by assisting in the provision and control of financial and non-financial management information needed to support Spire Healthcare PLC. Working within Hospital Finance, you will ensure that a seamless efficient service is delivered to our internal customers, providing relevant and accurate information to the appropriate audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding appropriately to ad-hoc requests from internal customers for information needed to support understanding and analysis of BAU areas of the Business
  • Developing self-service or scheduled reporting using BO tools where appropriate
  • Documenting requests for larger pieces of new reporting requirements in line with the process developed by the BI Technical Analyst
  • Liaising with the BI Technical Analyst for any new requirements requested where data is missing or not held in BW or where existing BW structures are not utilised for reporting requirements
  • Ensuring data integrity and data security across all reporting and adhere to the principles of Data Governance
  • Shaping the development of SAP and any other business systems to ensure that we can continue to collect, store and analyse data in a way that can best be used to support the current and future needs of the business

Key Requirements:

  • PC skills and high standard of skill within data manipulation and reporting
  • Experience of developing reports using SAP Business Objects and Business Warehouse
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office products but with advanced skills in Excel
  • Demonstrable numeracy skills with ability to interpret results and appropriate course of action
